Miami scored 86 opening half points against the Memphis Grizzlies

Miami Heat earned a decisive 146 to 114 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies in their first basketball game after player Rozier was detained for suspected unlawful sports betting.

Portland Trail Blazers coach Billups was also detained as part of a sweeping FBI investigation into illegal gambling. The two individuals contest the claims.

"Moreover 30 months later, he still hasn't been convicted of anything, in fairness to Rozier.

"Clearly, it appears unfavorable, but he's been suspended, and so it is a compromise here between upholding rights and investigating."
